Refund policy

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

After notifying us, you must return the item within 14 days.

You may inspect the product only to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning. You may be responsible for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for this purpose.

Please include your order number or proof of purchase with your return.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise non-conforming, the direct cost of returning the item is the responsibility of the customer.

If the product arrives defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise does not conform to the order, please contact us as soon as possible at qevaro2001@gmail.com and include photos of the item and packaging where appropriate.

Refunds

If you withdraw from your purchase, we will refund the payments received from you, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice.

We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned item or you provide evidence that the item has been sent back, whichever occurs first.

Refunds will generally be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, you may return the original item in accordance with this policy and place a new order.
